If anyone has a basement or a garage, have the boys or girls start to get some touches with the ball using the videos below and the 1000 touch workout. For some of the harder footwork, they can try and just take it slow to start. Also notice how the videos show the people hopping on the non-touch foot and up on their toes. I'd start with 5-10 minutes of touches and move up from there. They won't get a 1000 touches in 10-20 minutes. So they should concentrate on form and not speed when doing these exercises.
